2021 — Crăciunel Water and Shelter Project

We found a small community of 22 families in the mountains near Crăciunel. Their living conditions are the worst that we have ever seen. We are raising funds to provide this village with safe drinking water.  Currently, they are carrying their water by hand from a nearby river. Our plan is to pipe clean water to them from a public utility a 1/2 mile away. 
These same families are living in stick and mud shacks, some of which don’t have adequate roofs. Last year we helped feed them, provided new wood cooking stoves, repaired roofs and installed plywood walls in some of the homes.  We have a lot more work to do there.  We are asking you to help us provide them with adequate shelter and a safe water supply.  Please keep this village in your prayers.
